Everyone Needs a Toolbox for Life
Practical Tools for Real Life Challenges
We all have unique lives, experiences and challenges. That means the techniques or therapy that help one person may not help another. My philosophy is that most people don’t need more information. They need practical tools they can use in a crisis, with longer versions they can develop and refine over time. Some for now, more for later. Over the last decade, I’ve collected, tested and simplified more than 100 proven tools, grounded in evidence-based psychological approaches and translated into everyday language that’s easy to understand and even easier to use.

A Personal Journey of Change and Growth
For years, I lived with undiagnosed mental illness and neurodivergence, relying on unhealthy coping strategies to get by. Asking for help became the turning point that changed my life.
Since then, I’ve co-founded a mental health charity, supported thousands of people, and developed a toolbox of over 100 practical, evidence-based techniques. Today, I help people build resilience, improve wellbeing, and find the tools that work best for them.
Results That Speak for Themselves
Sponsor Support That Changes and Can Save Lives
Not every young person can access the support they need. By becoming a Community Partner or School Sponsor, you can help fund mentoring, workshops, assemblies, and wellbeing programmes for schools and students who might otherwise miss out.
Whether you sponsor a session, support a pupil, or fund a whole-school initiative, your investment helps provide practical, evidence-based support that can change lives.
Gift a session. Sponsor a pupil. Support a school. Help rewrite a story.
