From Personal Struggle to Helping Others Thrive
For much of my life I lived with undiagnosed mental illness and neurodivergence. I relied on unhealthy coping mechanisms including alcohol, drugs and other forms of self-harm to get through each day.
When I finally cleaned up, everything I had been avoiding caught up with me. I reached the point where I planned to end my life. Instead, I ended the life I was living and asked for help.
That decision started a journey of understanding all about myself, learning what made me tick, recognising my triggers and, most importantly, building a toolkit that genuinely helped me grow.
The Lesson That Changed Everything
A Practical Approach to Lasting Change
Today, I’ve collected, tested and simplified over 100 evidence-based tools, creating an ever-growing toolbox that helps people build resilience, improve wellbeing and navigate life’s challenges in a way that works for them.
People often tell me they feel comfortable opening up because I’m straight-talking, honest and human. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all solution. My role is to help people discover the tools that work for them, whether I’m speaking to a boardroom, mentoring a teenager or training a team.
I’m still learning, still testing and still adding to the toolbox because if there’s a better way to help people, I want to find it.
